Refund and Returns Policy

You may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 12 hours if:

  • The product does not fulfill expectations.
  • Found damaged while receiving delivery
  • I found the product in an unhygienic condition
  • The product is unusable or in poor condition.

You may return any unopened or defective item up to 20% or less, within 24 hours of receiving the item. However, the following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damaged by the customer because of misuse.
  • Damaged due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed.
  • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Refund Policy

The refund policy will only be applicable:

  • If you made an online payment/card payment against your order.
  • The product is currently not available in stock.
  • If you want to cancel the order before it has been delivered.
  • If you find any problem with the product (damaged, tampered, unhygienic, or unusable).

To get a refund, call +880 1753-338030 and speak to a CRM representative. The CRM might offer you a product replacement or a product of the same price. If you don’t want a replacement, the CRM will take the necessary steps to process a refund, which may take 5 or 6 working days.
